Dr. Nelson Ng received his B.A. (Molecular and Cell Biology) in UC Berkeley, M.Phil. (Biochemistry) in CUHK and PhD (Medicine) in HKU and KCL. His main research interest is targeting DNA repair defect in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). He is currently leading the research in investigating therapeutic target for complex/monosomal karytotype AML by means of scRNA-seq and CRISPR/Cas9 dropout screening.
